Ils sont professionnels et courtois, ils ont détecté le problème exact et nous ont avisé que ça pouvait être sous la garanti VW.
Il y en avait pour beaucoup de $$$$, ils auraient pu effectuer la réparation sans rien nous dire.
Non, ils nous ont conseillé de faire remorquer la voiture chez le concessionnaire et ils nous ont prêté un véhicule pour revenir a la maison.
Le service a été rapide et excellent.
 We broke down on the freeway and got towed to this garage.
They are professional and courteous, they detected the exact problem and advised us that it could be under the VW warranty.
There was a lot of $$$$, they could have done the repair without telling us.
No, they advised us to have the car towed to the dealership and they loaned us a vehicle to come home.
The service was quick and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir fendu les 2 pneus côté passager de notre décapotable sur l'autoroute. Ils m'ont trouvé les 2 pneus (de taille différente) et changé le tout le lendemain. On a même eu droit à un véhicule de courtoisie. Excellent service et personnel très sympathique. Merci d'avoir sauvé nos vacances !!!!
After slitting the 2 passenger side tires of our convertible on the highway. They found me the 2 tires (different size) and changed everything the next day. We even had the right to a courtesy vehicle. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Thanks for saving our vacation !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, courtois et rapide. Nous avons abîmé une de nos roue en frappant un nid de poule sur l'autoroute. Heureusement Point S a été en mesure de réparer notre roue en moins d'une heure et on a pu reprendre la route sans tracas. Ils ont été très accomodant étant les circonstances! Je recommande sans hésitation!
Excellent service, courteous and prompt. We damaged one of our wheels by hitting a pothole on the highway. Fortunately Point S was able to repair our wheel in less than an hour and we were able to get back on the road without hassle. They were very accommodating being the circumstances! I recommend without hesitation!
