★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il faut d'abord passer par le triage dans la cour du centre commercial en face avant de pouvoir passer le test et ce n'est pas indiqué, ça porte à confusion et des tonnes de gens qui attendent depuis déjà longtemps ce font virer pour devoir aller faire la première ligne , de l'autre côté du boulevard. Commencez par là ligne dans la cour du centre d'achat :)
You first have to go through the sorting in the yard of the shopping center opposite before you can take the test and it is not indicated, it is confusing and tons of people who have been waiting for a long time are fired to have to go to the first line, on the other side of the boulevard. Start there line in the courtyard of the shopping center :)

Quand on est malade on tient pas debout longtemps en rang a attendre dehors au froid. Je trouve ce moyen bien plus humain.
I recommend you, you are expected in the warm car, the staff are professional and patient.
When you're sick, you don't stand for long in a row waiting outside in the cold. I find this way much more humane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayant deux enfants à l'école j'ai dû m'y rendre à quelques reprises. Le personnel est agréable, attentionné et compatissant. Nous vivons dans une nouvelle réalité qui n'est évidente pour personne. L'attitude de nos interlocuteurs dépend avant tout de notre propre attitude! Rien ne vous empêche de sourire à un employé qui a vécu une mauvaise journée, ça lui fera du bien et son attitude changera assurément!
Having two children at school I had to go there a few times. The staff are pleasant, attentive and compassionate. We are living in a new reality which is not obvious to anyone. The attitude of our interlocutors depends above all on our own attitude! Nothing prevents you from smiling at an employee who has had a bad day, it will do them good and their attitude will definitely change!

Petit truc pour passer plus rapidement au triage que j'aurais aimé savoir : passer par la 14 e avenue via la 5 e rue plutôt que de faire la file sur Curé Labelle. M'aurait sauvé un bon 15 minutes si j'avais su.
Clear procedures and fast service. Longest: line up to the yard by car. A little trick to go through the triage more quickly that I would have liked to know: go through 14th avenue via 5th street rather than queuing on Curé Labelle. Would have saved me a good 15 minutes if I had known.
