★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sans être dans une crise suicidaire, on devrait avoir droit à du soutien de "crise" tel stipule la maison. Je ne comprend pas trop le but de leurs "interventions" car à part écouter et des: "hum, hum...que vas-tu faire pour te changer les idées?" Ou te dire de régler tes propres problèmes alors que t'appelle pour un problème! Je sais pas, il me semble qu'une personne en détresse psychologique devrait avoir le droit à des questions sur ce qui la tracasse, pas juste: "Règle ça toi-même." C'est quoi ce centre, il faut arriver avec une crise en face d'eux? Ce n'est sûrement des travailleurs sociaux parce que parler à un mur ou à une connaissance c'est pas mal du même niveau....
À quand les : "Kessé tu veux que je fasse?" De la part de certains intervenants? Histoire de nous faire sentir juste un peu plus cons d'appeler?
Without being in a suicidal crisis, one should be entitled to "crisis" support as stipulated in the home. I do not really understand the purpose of their "interventions" because apart from listening and "hum, um ... what are you going to do to change your mind?" Or tell you to solve your own problems while calling for a problem! I do not know, it seems to me that a person in psychological distress should have the right to questions about what is bothering them, not just: "Rule that yourself." What is this center, must we arrive with a crisis in front of them? They are surely social workers because talking to a wall or an acquaintance is a lot of the same level ....
When are the: "Kessé do you want me to do?" From some stakeholders? History to make us feel just a little more cons of calling?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeune intervenant sans expérience de vie qui te donne des conseilles déja sa part pas bien , ne t écoute meme pas ,arrogante et bête comme pas mal toutes cette belle équipe , la seul intervention qui font sais de venir voir dans ta chanbre a minuit pour s assurer que tu té pas suisider , surment pour pas a avoir a nettoyer ? ét pour la bouffe moi jai meme pas vue de pain en trois jour et rien a boire ,juste du canage et un micro onde et jai vue des chose daté 2019 et ont est en 2021 ? , calvaire !!!!!!! Non vraiment sa fait dure .
Young worker without life experience who gives you advice already his part not well, do not even listen to you, arrogant and stupid like not bad all this beautiful team, the only intervention that makes you know to come and see in your room at midnight for s make sure that you are not helping, surely not to have to clean ? was for the food I have not even seen bread in three days and nothing to drink, just canage and a microwave and I saw things dated 2019 and have is in 2021 ?, ordeal !!!!!!! No really its done hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place that don`t help you. The guy told me to con the government and that marijuana is super bad when he knows nothing on the subject. Admitted that he only cares about pay and food. Non bilingual staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called, the person took the time to listen to the problem, I didn't feel rush. The intervenant explained thoroughly the actions steps to take when the crisis episodes comes. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars as coming in help of people in need takes to be more than a human been. There is no right and wrong, you are not calling to have a good service, this is not a store , that's just not the right mindset to have. You are calling because you want to find solutions for yourself or the person in need. Its up to you if you want to take their advices or not. But in my case it help me see more clear what to do when the next crisis episode comes back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the workers there was arguing with me when i was feeling really suicidal, because i had a problem with their solution to “just watch tv and feel better”. The person was yelling at me and being really unprofessional with me, they couldn’t be bothered to take responsibility and just blamed me for the whole argument happening.
Secondly, when i told the person on the line(different worker) how i was feeling. One of the co workers in the background bursted out laughing at my situation, which is really unacceptable.
DON’T BOTHER CALLING THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TALK TO RIDICULOUS UNPROFESSIONALS WHO’LL MAKE YOUR LIFE MORE MISERABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried calling, didn't want to speak English.. laughing at the fact I'm feeling suicidal.. honestly, nobody in that place cares... only they're for the paycheck.. this place needs an over haul on staff members.. sorta makes you feel like you'd be better off killing yourself then visiting this place..... I think chateauguay needs a whole new facility in this department with actual training and people with good hearts
