M	Melanie Boudreau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres demotivant comme endroit. Une odeur d’Urine très forte en rentrant ds l’etablissement. L’endroit manquait carrement de vie autant que le personnel. J’espere qu’ils sont bien traites car normalement des employes bien traites ca se refletes ds leur environnement de travail. Rien de decore pour un 25 decembre mise à part un pauvre sapin. Et, aucune musique de Noel ambiante. Un systeme d’ouverture de porte desuet et tres incomprehensible pour des personnes confus ou bien ages. On a demande l’aide à une porte d’infirmier auxiliaire pour aider à ouvrir la porte d’entree car mon Grand-Pere de 87 ans attendaient ds le portique pris debout tout seul. Un homme a repondu en nous regardant comme si on lui demandait une enorme tache de travail. Il a referme la porte et une femme est venue plus tard. La pauvre elle avait l’air de courir partout pendant que cet homme avait pas l’air de vouloir lever le moindre ptit doigt pour aider ds la place. Tres mauvaise experience pour notre premiere visite a cet endroit et on va chercher un autre endroit pour sûr. Very demotivating as a place. A very strong smell of urine on returning from the establishment. The place was as lacking in life as the staff. I hope they are treated well because normally well treated employees are reflected in their work environment. Nothing decorated for a December 25 apart from a poor tree. And, no ambient Christmas music. An outdated and very incomprehensible door opening system for confused or elderly people. Help was called at a nursing assistant door to help open the front door as my 87-year-old Grandpa was standing by the gantry standing by himself. A man responded by looking at us as if asked for a huge task. He closed the door and a woman came later. The poor thing looked like she was running around while this man didn't seem to want to lift a finger to help instead. Very bad experience for our first visit to this place and we will look for another place for sure.

La nourriture est bonne en plus d'être hautement sécurisée elle offre plusieurs services personnalisés. Je vous la recommande fortement. People who work at the bottom take to heart the health and well-being of the elderly. The residence is clean, welcoming, very well lit. The food is good besides being highly secure it offers several personalized services. I highly recommend it.
