★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems the quality of the staff at this specific restaurant has gone downhill. Last visit i went was about 2 months ago and the staff seemed too busy playing on their phone to serve me when i went in person and took about 1 minute or 2 before noticing me in front of the counter ( hefty sized lady ). Finally got my order which was alright on the quality.
Tried to make an order tonight and it seems they do not answer the phone at any point anymore ( Called on multiple occasion on a wednesday from around 5pm till around 7pm ). Hope they do a whole clean up of some of their staffs ( only the bad staff. ) that are clearly there to lazyly stand in place to be paid and do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time to order through Doordash from Centrale Bergham . The food was fabulous and delicious. The order came right as we ordered with the sauces and everything. Packed well and organized . Even though they delivered it late , It was worth it. Wish you guys come and open the same branch in London ontario . Thanks a lot . Keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not interested in serving us, no smile no courtesy, no sense of customer service.
We ordered their best burger on the menu, but it was horrible, kebaab inside the burger was not fresh, chicken was also uncooked and not fresh. We wasted 35 dollars. Surely not going back ever.
And yes cleanliness was just opposite to the word clean especially Entrance and toilet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Poutine Week review* More of a 3.5, the meats were a little dry but the cheese, sauce and fries were as usual really great. Got some Algerian, Biggie and Pepper sauce on the side to dip in and that's always a winner. Next time i'd go for a single meat poutine or simply fries with sauces.

Lady sitting with loud music and earpods on?!
Waiting for 15 mins and they didn’t even start making the sandwich
THEN a young man comes out from the kitchen and says : OH THERE IS PEOPLE waiting. Goes in and here is another 15 minutes of waiting
Bergham is not what is was before
