★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So. Used Central City as advised by our contractor. When we first met, he advised me that we would have a final walkthrough before our closets and bathroom hardware were installed, in order to verify what we wanted done in our closets and our choice of hardware. We’re in a project, so he’s done this a few dozen times. However, he did Not do a walkthrough with us, and went and installed everything as per our initial consultation, which was not finalized. Then he blamed the builder, because he asked for, and was given a PO number. When he was told that what he did, was NOT our final choice, and we had expected to give him those when we met, he was unhappy, and impatient. He did do a good job redoing the closet shelves, but the bathroom hardware was installed sloppily, and toilet roll holders put on backwards. The towel racks were loose and we have to patch brand new bathroom cabinets to adjust toilet roll holders. Our site supervisor repaired these, as Central City Hardware was impossible to get back. I hated the way I was made to feel like a pain, when I was not the one at fault. Even if a company is busy, they need to pay attention to EACH job, and take responsibility for their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Central City Hardware. They have a good showroom and are very knowledgeable, prompt and gave us the best quote by far for closet doors. They also saved us a lot of money as Colin suggested we alter an existing old closet insert which made the closet so much more functional and saved us hundreds. Ethical business practice, friendly and good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered closet doors for our bedroom and didn’t quite know what we wanted or what was out there and they came over and gave us ideas, took measurements for us and were very fast and professional. A couple months later I called again to get our whole closet shelving system redone and it turned out awesome again. Highly recommended. Very great people to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
