★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible experience. I have been dealing with pain in my foot for months, today was my first appointment and from the moment I walked in I felt heard. She listened to all of my concerns and checked everything thoroughly. I never once felt uncomfortable. It was like meeting a friend and chatting away. She is kind, understanding, and was able to pinpoint the problem fairly quickly and start treating it. Its the next day and already my foot feels better!

Niki Olivier, we’re outstanding. Her work ethic is professional encouraging and reassuring for your recovery. Niki is truly an asset to Central Avenue physiotherapy and will be definitely one of the reasons if I ever need these services again I will be coming back. It’s not always easy to see a light at the end of the tunnel that Niki walks in through the techniques explains which to be expected why it’s being done and what it is working towards. During circumstances of pain and being uncomfortable physically it is a like a breath of fresh air any day it’s hard to breathe. Thank you Niki you have my deepest respect and thank you for being the professional encouraging and friendly person you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up with terrible TMJ pain to the point I couldn't fit a fork with food in my mouth. Called the clinic and got on a waiting list, got me in the next day with Niki. Niki was so sweet, so easy to talk to and get along with. Super knowledgeable, already feeling some relief after one appointment. Receptionist helped move appointments around so I could be seen for follow up treatments in upcoming weeks. Feel very grateful for the amazing service I received today from Receptionist to physio!
