Absolutely zero amenities. Park staff gawks at female campers, even teenage girls. There are very strict rules for some, and not for others. Save your money and go to a real park that is safe!

943 Centennial Park Rd. Kirkfield, ON Canal Lake 5 Centennial Park City Visited Kawartha Lakes- Centennial Trailer Park. (Not to be confused with Centennial Park, Scarborough). This is a permanent residential Trailer Park area. Upon arriving there is one side of the lake which is the Marina side for boat docking/launching. Once you walk the opposite way past the trailers you will see a sign that says "Centennial Park City". This side you can swim in and you will see a lot of ski jets. You have to be careful while swimming because these ski jets go at a fast speed. So it's not really ideal to swim here. There is no sand or beach area to place your towel. There are a few slippery steps to get in. Algae here is extreme. Long strands reaching the surface of the water once you swim to the middle. Water is a bit green. This whole area is best for water sports but even so, the jets motor ends up sucking up a lot of the algae and this can result in a lot of issues if you don't go fast enough. The trailer Park area is calm and everyone knows their neighbours here. Most People stay here all season. It gets a little quiet after 9. Noise is until 11pm. There is a washroom with showers if needed. There are 2 miniature playgrounds for kids. Lots of shade here, as there are a lot of trees covering the area. The rating was due to the lack of swimming area and also the water quality. So far I did not see any snakes or fish, although I was expecting to see some in the water but my guess is due to the water sports done here, it probably scares them away from this lake section of the lake.
