★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! 10/10, quick and efficient service. The owner was friendly and kind, probably one of the most respectable tech retailer I’ve ever walked into. I dropped my iPhone and it was severely damaged, it was completely black and shattered and still he managed to revive it completely as if it was brand new. Cannot express my thank youu, this store saved my work phone! Many thanks once again for taking care of me! Would highly recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone in to get the housing replaced. I told them after much research it isn't a small job. The young guy was extremely confident that he could do it admitting he hasn't done this task for my particular phone. He tells me to come back in an hour, he walks out with his head down, shy, can't look me in the eye. Tells me he made a mistake, that my phone will boot up and will not stay on long without rebooting on it's own, I guess he nicked something upon removing the housing. He tells me he needs another few hours to fix it.
I come back after an hour and still hasn't fixed it. I wait 30min and he comes out apologizing. I ask him how he can rectify this as I need my phone for work. He tells he'll order the part required. I call the next day and even send him links to the parts required via my back up mobile phone. He refuses and wants to keep researching, I explain that this is time sensitive and we need to express ship this to get the phone back and working ASAP.
After this back and forth of texting and calling I realized he wasn't going to do a thing about it. My phone was basically bricked from these guys and they offer poor customer service for any customer retention.
I am sure they will reply back to this claiming they don't know what I am talking about or I should call back if I'm not satisfied.
