E	Eric P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update . They gave a refund . Still it should of been handle more professionally Horrible ! Allows a buch of drunks to drink but doesnt allow cannabis and then refuses to give refund . Didn't even set foot and called once I saw the rules they sent after paying

I especially like the lake with the big platform to jump off of. I also love the park with a big bouncy pillow for kids to play on and I love doing my big gymnastics flips on it! The rest of the park is very cool!

I have never seen any favoriting of seasonal or day/night/weekender campers. I spend about 3-5 times a year there without being a seasonal camper. A+ campground! Children friendly and I've never heard cursing out of respect for all the children, that have fun at this child/adult friendly campground.

It’s got that family feel to it and everyone keeps an eye out for everyone. There are parks, and a pool and a really neat quarry to swim in. If you have a trailer or 5th wheel there are yearly spots available, but also spots for just visiting. Really worth checking it out.

H	Hargoni Yamaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are seasonal campers who started here in 2022, and the events of this past weekend demonstrated just how great this campground is. The storm happened Saturday, and inside the campground many of the cedar trees snapped on trailers, vehicles, decks and roads. It was a tough experience for everyone. Still, in this crisis, both camp staff and residents banded together to immediately start clearing and cleaning to restore the site. We helped each other Saturday, many returned Sunday to work, we helped each other with ice and freezer packs (power went out, of course) in the following days and many campers continued working on the restoration. If you ever want to find the best campground in our part of Ontario, rest assured this is the place. People in this campground pay for their sites, but they are engaged and proud, so much so that cleaning up the storm mess was something everybody wanted to do. Cedar Shade is more than a campground. It is a community.
