She emailed me back promptly and had reserved us a great spot as she mentioned. This campsite is very family oriented and the swimming spot is really not that big, perfect for dipping your feet in or young kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 2 Filthy bathrooms , (they closed the other 3 bathrooms as well as the showers!) NO water until 7 AM , the small sink for dish washing clogged and stinky), half of the space for tents used as a dump/landfill.
Hallo BC Health inspection???
They also gave us (for 40$ : we have a small tent!) a filthy spot close to an RV which did not have plugs x electricity. So at 9:00PM they start up a...Generator (guess the noise!).
Close to a very noisy road,(traffic through all the “lovely” night).
And a cherry on the Sunday:voracious flies.
The worst campground in all our life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spending the winter at Cedar Grove RV Park in one of the motel rooms. Not just a room but an entire suite with a full kitchen. The bed and other furnishings are quite comfortable. The management are very accommodating and have provided a nice quiet spot in a wooded area to escape the snow and cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, have been twice now to the camp grounds with friends and it has been lovely both times. Well-kept amenities and quiet at night, with a variety of spots. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place, I’ve been coming here for years. They update the playground equipment each time. It’s a quiet campground. It’s a really fun place to swim for the kids too. The staff are wonderful, one year the kids got tractor rides and the owner came to our campsite and played guitar and sang an original children’s song for us. One year I lost a diamond earring on the playground and they found it and kept it safe at the office for me. I also like that it’s close to lots of other great places for day trips and many restaurants and coffee shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was vey beautiful. Until we found this…. In our second tiny house rental on the sheets. After the first night in our 4 plex suite also found some blood on the rim of the toilet, couple of mugs were found that were not throughly washed or checked throughly.
However, we were very polite and respectful of our two night stays and even upgraded to the tiny house for additional charges. We were downplayed by Helen at check out time. She claimed that her washing machines are not working properly, that it was “RUST”.
I have many experiences in housekeeping my self, I know when Mr “Rust” is having a rusty time!
We deserve some sort of discount back or maybe even a free night would be much appreciated!
