★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceanesse was recommended to me by a well known contractor here in town. The initial visit to discuss the design and materials went really well. After that I was told I would receive an email with the offer and a computer design of the things we discussed. I received nothing. I called 3-4 times, asking for the person I initially discussed the plans with to contact me, nothing. The last time I asked them to tell me straight if they were interested or not and to let me know so that I wouldn’t consider them anymore. Nothing! The absolute silence and ignorance! I understand this might be a small kitchen for them, but this is piss poor customer service and totally unacceptable. I cannot comment on their actual work because I didn’t see any but their customer service and follow up sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished having our cabinets installed and we couldn't be happier! We got prices from a couple companies and found Ceannesse to be very competitive. The showroom was also very helpful. Design, scheduling, installation, everyone was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend using these guys!

In response to your request for more information I am adding the following. I hope that it is helpful.
Shortly after entering a tall, older gentleman with a European accent approached me and answered a couple of my questions rather grudgingly as if he didn't think that I could afford one of your fancy kitchens.
In passing I mentioned that I was from Winnipeg at which point he began insulting the city calling it was like Siberia, fly infested and saying, among other things, that the only good thing about Winnipeg is that it was cheap to live there because no one wanted to.
Where I come from insulting a person's home town is considered very rude and insulting and can lead to a well deserved punch in the nose, however since he was bigger and younger than me I quickly made for the door before I made a fool of myself.
And that is why I wrote the negative review which I feel was totally justified.
