★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at noon on a Friday. Was sat at a table and then no one could be found for over 10 minutes. Not a single employee in sight. Got up and left. On our way out we passed by 3 other tables who were all waiting for service. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd Cooney and his team were a dream to work with. He really narrowed in on what we were looking for and even pulled strings to find something that worked for us. This was our first time looking for commercial real estate and he was very patient with all our questions and supported us through the negotiations. He continues to be a friend of the company and has been very helpful to us long after our deal closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the first one to write the review, but I thought it was important. An agent "Nick Pecarski" who works here started off pretty well, but after the first meeting, it turned into a pretty bad service you can get from an agent. No response initially, we had to email a few times, very slow responses, and eventually he told us that he is very busy for what we want. It could have been that we are a different race (Which we think, since interaction was great until he met us in person), or just plain bad service.
And we complained to CBRE about this but they never got back to us, shows they don't really care about complains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted a guy named Dietmar Sommerfeld about finding retail locations for us throughout Southwestern Ontario.
We had to chase him for two weeks to call us back. When he finally called us back, we got an arrogant and condescending attitude for our trouble.
After he started running his oversized ego and putting down the project, we ended the call immediately.
Since that time, we’ve selected a competitor and have committed to 11 locations across Southwestern Ontario.
Our agent will make over $300,000 in commissions within the next 90 days.
Glad we are with a competent, professional firm now that gets the job done without the delusional ego stuff from a guy that's just a broker.
