I called him up and right away he called me back, talked about some ways for a work around and he was very nice, professional and gave me honest answers for my situation. He came over and came up with a solution that was very cost affordable, very reliable and very discreet. Long story short he gave me the best solution I can have for my situation without breaking the bank and did it in a very professional and efficient way. I can’t say enough good things about the business and the Steve, I’m planning to do the basement in a year or two and I will use him again forsure . Bell couldn’t make it out for a few days to repair. The fellow I spoke to was extremely helpful and took the time to describe process and my current situation. There is a longer story here with my situation then me just breaking the fibre connection which he was very helpful with. He was also willing to come out that evening to assist me with my issue and even called me back that evening to check in. He custom-built an addition to the projector mount to support additional weight, ran the cables, and also custom-made the Ethernet cables and box for the office. His solutions were better than those proposed by our cable provider and did not require any damage to floorboards, walls, etc. He responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and was able to come out the next day to do the work. He was professional, thorough, courteous, and happy to educate us on our new equipment. We would certainly use this company again for any work we need in the future! Thanks Stephen!

Very professional, personable, and creative! He was able to install a data outlet in our new home (after the fact) in the best possible location without drilling through any finished walls or ceilings (except the outlet)... And then cleverly tucked the cord along the baseboard to the computer, not an easy task. I would hire him again. Highly recommended.
