She has an amazing way of connecting with the class, despite being virtual and tailored the session to ensure everyone was truly benefiting. Her classes are fantastic (all Yoga types) and she always finds ways to give many options in each posture so that everyone can practice safely and at their own pace! I highly recommend her classes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only met Paige in person a handful of times pre-Covid times. Through these few encounters I felt very safe to tell her about my yoga limitations due to after effects from cancer treatment.
She offered the best modifications to fit my needs.
Now that she moved to an online platform and lives in a different province, I still feel a strong connection.
Following her along while she teaches an online class is a true gift and while her soft voice explains what to do (or not to do), you almost feel like she's right there with you.
Whether you're looking for a yoga practice for yourself or as a gift for a friend, or family member, Paige is your girl! Keep up the great work! Namaste.

I love doing her online classes as her voice is so soothing and she interacts with you, if needed, even though it's virtual! She's the best best best!

There is always one to suit your needs for that particular day. It is also a pleasure to participate in the livestream classes. Paige can accommodate your specific needs into the class. With lots of options for supporting your body in poses, Paige provides a very welcoming and accessible class for all levels. I look forward to participating in many more of Paige's classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paige is a talented teacher who’s love of yoga is infectious. In person or virtually she has a knack of providing the modifications you need in the moment. Practices are welcoming with lots of opportunities to try new poses and old favourites.
Highly recommended - especially if you’re not feeling very confident or capable when it comes to yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before she started Catharsis Yoga, Paige was one of my favorite yoga instructors in Okotoks. I was so excited when she started Catharsis Yoga, and I could continue to attend her classes. Even though the pandemic has changed how we do a lot of things, Paige has continued to deliver great classes and I always look forward to them. Catharsis Yoga has a variety of good membership options, and there is a great selection of both live and on demand classes from flow, to yin, to meditations and workshops. I have the on demand membership, and I love that there is always something new and, depending on my day, I can pick a class that speaks to my current needs, while also knowing I will enjoy Paige's great instruction no matter what, plus her voice is just so calming and soothing :).
