Catfish Lake is easy to navigate and prevailing winds keep the waters relatively calm allowing visitors to fish from small boats, canoes, kayaks, or drop a line straight off the dock! The successful angler can clean his or her catch at the fish cleaning hut. If you prefer an adventure, the area is home to many lakes within driving distance home to many additional species of fish.
Catfish Lakefront Cabins sits within WMU 32 and borders WMU 33 as designated by the Ministry of Natural Resources. Every year the area attracts hunters from far and wide who are after moose, dear, black bear as well as smaller game. The cabins are an ideal home base for hunters looking to 'rough it in style'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve and his wife were very welcoming and sweet. We stayed 4 nights there and it was amazing. They gave us tips on where to go for hikes which was great! The view from the cabin is just beautiful.

Really awesome place. Very very supportive staff / property manager.
Scenic view. Worth it to stay here. I recommend to all if you pass through here please please stay here, by chance if you get this place.
Anyway if you check in after 11 pm no worries staff always welcome you anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely people and cabin is really really clean. The hottest shower- felt amazing after a 12 hour drive.
If you are staying here though, make sure to have all you need food and toiletries wise - wawa is a 5 mins drive if you need though!
Lake is absolutely breathtaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great weekend get away. Spacious and clean cabins which included everything you need. Owners were amazing going above and beyond. Beautiful location and grounds with an unbelievable view from all cabins. Swimming was great off the dock. Will definitely be back!

We haven't been on our annual trip to Wawa since 2019 and are looking forward to being back in September. We are excited to be back at our home away from at at Catfish Lake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this little cabin. It has absolutely everything you need. It was extreamly nice and convenient that each cabin had their own BBQ. The cabin was very clean and it's in a great location. It got chilly at night so when the heat kicked in it was extreamly cozy. The owners are super friendly and you can tell there is heart and soul in those cabins. I can't wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked barefoot in our cabin, the true measure of hotel cleanliness. We stayed one night, and while clean, the cabin is very basic. It won't win any awards for decor but it's very clean and quiet. The cabins are set back from the highway which is nice. The lake is quite pretty and it looks like there were canoes and kayaks as well as a firepit for nighttime relaxing. The owner was also very friendly and the rates were reasonable.
