★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took possession over a year ago. Upon possession there was no front porch, no mirrors, blinds, or screens, and no landscaping or yard, and more. We were given a temporary occupancy permit. One year later, still under temporary occupancy, house is still not complete (mostly, but not 100%). Just got a fenced yard a couple months ago (~9 months without). Abysmal communication from the developer, inconsistent work done, houses sit at one stage of completion for weeks before a rush of laborers come in for a couple days, and then it's empty for another week or two.
The house itself seems fine, no real issues identified, but the community as a whole gets two stars for being poorly managed with zero communication. We have a park and path that has been sitting complete for months, but it's barred from entry for no apparant reason, or at least none that have been communicated. They've started phase 3 but haven't even finished phase 1. Not what we expected when we purchased, and it wouldn't be so bad if they communicated and had a better project manager.
