Personally met and helped numerous of the elderly they're wonderful people, it's quiet doesn't seem to be anyone partying and causing trouble everybody seems to be really nice. good little community.

D	David Piper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved into Brock Estates Manufactured Home Park in 2007, it had lowest monthly rent-rate and was cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing MHP we knew of. It is now 2019 and all the pluses are still intact. The Park is secured by a chain-link enclosure. Entering and exiting is via Ord Rd. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Includes pleasant park/playground suitable for all ages. On-site management is fair-minded and respectful.
R	Robert Hale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved here last December (2020). We are in the "adults" section (basically means you are an empty nester). There is also a "family" section but no physical separation (which I personally think is just fine). There is a grassy park at the end with picnic table a kids play centre. Everyone has an amazing and unique yard space and the overall feel of the estate (that's a fancy word for trailer park) is "big city park like" with lots of trees and greenery. My neighbors are all friendly and eager to get to know you. That makes for a very safe environment. The new managers are diligent about keeping the estate up to a good standard. This is a highly sought after place to live that is affordable and spacious. Although this is not a Bare Land Strata, the pad rent is still reasonable and comes with perks you wouldn't normally get otherwise. Being at the end of Ord Road means you are close enough to amenities yet far enough from city centre issues. Only issue might be the train tracks in your back yard but like most city noise, it becomes white noise after awhile. I would certainly recommend this estate as a great place to put down roots.
