We have never bounced a cheque or been obtrusive in any way over several years but fuel delivery is inconsistent, unreliable and became worse over time. The dispatchers and management have attitudes that are simply unacceptable. There are many other alternatives who appreciate the business. This company isn’t even a one-star but that’s the lowest rating possible here.
M	Milena C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you get past the friendly voice of the receptionist, beware! Catalina Fuels is a pit of arrogance, callousness, incompetence and deflection of blame! These people will not hesitate to leave you stranded in the dead of winter with an empty oil tank. They won’t commit to a delivery date even when your tank is getting low and they usually blame their poor service on their drivers. In January it took them six days to deliver fuel. They blamed it on a storm, on our difficult road (which they had been servicing for years), on their drivers, and even on their truck needing repairs, none of which justifies that kind of delay and increasingly lousy service. They never apologize and in fact, if you dare question them, they tell you to call someone else and hang up on you. Don’t bother asking for the manager. He is the problem. How’s that for customer service in the dead of winter?

With additives for our farm equipment and trucks to helping us with gravel and sand deliveries from their sister company. I have also happily recommended them to other farmers that now have their fuel tanks on site and get regular fill ups to keep their operations going daily. Their staff and drivers are also fantastic, friendly and willing to help if needed on bad weather days to make sure we aren't left without.
