I would avoid this company at all costs. Their service is terrible. We waited for 5 hours for an appliance to be delivered and found out an hour later the delivery would be further delayed till later in the evening. Their driver called and asked if we wanted them to deliver the fridge quite late in the evening or wait till tomorrow. We agreed to have this dleivered the next day after the driver assured us we would hear from him by 9am and the fridge would arrive in the morining. Nicole at the office is of zero help also. We were informed they still do not know when our fridge is coming. Right now trucking is in demand but it will slow down eventually. will not be desperate enough to use this pathetic company. I am taking this to Home Depots corporate office to advocate against using this company. All they needed to do was offer communication about the delay in the first place the shipment would be late. Horrible, horrible service.

Have a replacement order that the company said would come on a date. The date came, no communication. I called them same date, the associate said between 1-3 and you’d get a call, If they didn’t call, I was to call them back. Nothing happen, so I called them back. same associate said she’d call and get back to me. Waited for 1/2 hour, called back, the associate is gone for the day, and that they didn’t know about any delivery and couldn’t say anything because it’s a different department who are all gone. I was told so many things only to find out that all of the information was false. Worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Because of this I will never by anything from Home Depot Electrolux.

Ordered a fridge and stove and this company delivered it. On the initial delivery they showed up almost an hour after their 3 hour delivery window. When they showed up the fridge was damaged and had to be returned. 3 weeks later I am waiting for my delivery and no show. I call to see what is happening and they tell me that the delivery date has changed (after I spent my entire day waiting) the reschedule to the next day and they don’t show up AGAIN. I will be returning this fridge which is a shame because it is not GE’a fault. But how many more days will I waste waiting before they actually show up

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I'm not sure why Home Depot would even use this company. Two guys showed up on Nov 2 to deliver a washer. My Mom who is almost 70 years old was there at the time with my baby. The one guy didn't even say hello, just said where do I go. She led him to the basement and when he looked at the washer he said, nope I'm not taking it. The washer was not unhooked as she was never told by the home depot sales guy that it needed to be, its what she actually thought she paid extra for. Anyways she said she would try unhooking it herself, even while holding a baby, but the guy just argued with her and refused to do anything. The washer which was paid for had already been taken off the truck, she told them to leave it and they refused, loaded up the washer and left. As far as I'm concerned they stole our washer. If you consider buying from Home depot you should consider the people they use to deliver their items. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN BASED ON THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND THE AWFUL COMPANY THEY EMPLOY. I give them a ZERO rating.

I do not recommend this trucking company. I had an order delivered through Home Depot scheduled for Jan 15th. My delivery window was 4:30-6:30pm and I was advised by Home Depot I would receive a call when the driver was 30minutes out. I did not receive a call like I have with previous orders. The truck arrived at 6:36pm. Both workers seemed rushed to bring my Dryer inside and leave. I advised the workers my old dryer needed to be relocated to the garage just outside the door it was unhooked and sitting by. The driver pushed back saying I needed to pay for that option. I advised I did pay / select the unit relocation / removal option. He pushed back saying they wouldn't relocate, that they'd only take it off site? (It's more work to put it on the truck than relocate?) His coworker turned to him and pushed him to just get it done together. While my old unit was being relocated, I was inspecting my new unit for damages. The driver came to me and asked for my signature. I advised I'd just be a moment while I inspect my new unit. His immediate response was "If you have a problem with signatures, I will sign. I'm good at signatures." It took me less than a minute to inspect the unit. I signed a piece of paper that wasn't a standard BOL and the driver took the paper. When I asked for a copy of the BOL, he kept walking out, with his back to me, and said I needed to contact Home Depot. I'm shocked at the poor service for this company to represent Home Depot and the fact the driver was prepared to forge a signature on my behalf. Home Depot should look into more reputable companies for their deliveries. The drivers also left the product strapping in the middle of our street that we had to go clean up.

Home Depot contracts this company for home delivery purposes. The people on dispatch were very friendly but the drivers seem to look for excuses to not deliver. It took 3 tries and 2 weeks to get our delivery after the drivers no showed the first 2 attempts. The first attempt the drivers said they had to skip us because they were missing the unit number on the address... there is no unit number where we live. The 2nd attempt they told me I wasn't home but no one knocked or rang my door bell or called me.. while both my Fiance and I were home all day waiting. The third attempt the dispatcher called to check if I was home after the drivers told her I didn't answer my phone.. The only call I got that day was from dispatch. I get the feeling I only got my item that day because dispatch put in extra effort. If I could rate the drivers and dispatch separately I would be more kind to dispatch.

This company is very hard to deal with and we had a horrible experience with them. Unfortunately, this is the delivery service that Home Depot uses, so it will likely affect me making any large purchases from Home Depot again. We purchased a washer/dryer, because ours broke, which with two kids is something we use daily. Our delivery was expected the next week, which part of the reason we chose the machines we did. We got a call the night before deliver that the machines didn't arrive at their facility yet. The week after, we received a call that our machine was there but wouldnt be able to be delivered for another week. We were very frustrated at this point, but they were unwilling to work with us or budge on anything. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager or someone who does the scheduling, I was always told they weren't there that day, so we accepted that this would be delayed once again. Also, at Home Depot, we paid for a door swing which meant that they would change the hinge of the dryer door. I spoke to Wide Range several times and every time I was assured that the delivery guys have the tools/kit to do the door swing once the machine is delivered. The delivery guys came today and we were told that they have never done door swings and that they are not permitted to do door swing changes on site. The delivery guys did a great job and were nice guys. But the whole process was awful and something as simple as a door swing ended up causing so much confusion. In total we ended up waiting almost 4 weeks for delivery for something that was supposed to be delivered the week after purchase.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are the the delivery company for Home Depot, and is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Bought two stoves from Home Depot, one for me and one for a friend in need. They delivered only one. Told me 3 times there was a warehouse mix up as to why I still have not received the second stove, 1.5 weeks later! I had to literally freak out and Home Depot offered a refund by way of gift card, which in fairness, they made it right. I hope for Home Depot sake they change companies. Let’s see if my second stove comes tomorrow. ???
