The tools they did not used properly too much scratches , seems like destroying the cap 2. Oil leaking issue I did not see they changed rubber ring of the cap , really rush and I came back to them . they just tighten it and make a mark [2nd picture]. I went to them again today , this time , they just told me that was not the oil leaking , it’s good , OMG , I mentioned that I did oil change several times ,this situation never ever happened , they just said it’s good , that is not oil . I have no idea . It seems they did not do the job properly and suspect that the things they changed is not a good quality

Once the oil change was completed and it was time to pay i showed him my mobile bandit for $20 off a regular oil change (there were no conditions). He went on to tell me $49 was with the $20 already off and refused to take the coupon. Even though I was told $49 before showing him any coupon. He then went on to insult me and say how mobile bandit is a joke. I will never go there again and would highly advise everyone to stay away
S	Stephanie Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! Came here today for an oil change and the man was super rude and unpleasant literally the moment I rolled my window down. I ended up leaving- I’ve never done that before but I was not spending one penny here after how he was speaking to me. These people need some customer service skills! Do not waste your time here!! Ended up going to another place that was super helpful, kind, and appreciated my business. I advise you to do the same. No wonder the place was empty.
A	Amir Sahebgharan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO HERE, I ask them to use my own oil and filter and get the same amount of my services and they charge me $40 extra, I told'em, ok use my filter only with your own oil, and they said no still 40 bucks for a filter!!! I told them to keep their oil and filter for themselves and I don't want anything in return of using my own oil!! Ridiculous ? they just trying to not get the job done! I mean offering them 50 bucks with your own oil and filter, also paid for the coupon is not enough for them! Lol -----UPDATE------ WENT TO TAKE 5 IN WESTWOOD CHANGED WITH MY OWN OIL FOR 30 BUCKS TOTAL! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE THE COMPETITION IN MARKET CASTROL COQUITLAM ;)
