He was able to come look at my furnace the same day and gave me a few options. We ended up going with a new furnace and he was able to come the next day and install a new one. His customer service is exceptional, explained all the features for the furnace and the work that he had done. The job was very clean and professional. Would highly recommend Castlemore Heating & Cooling.
D	Dr. Christopher Blair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPRESSIVE!! I was referred to Raj by my neighbour and good friend when he heard I had a broken A/C during this recent heat wave. While the regular contractor that I have a service contract with gave me 10 days before they could come out and check on my system, Raj was there the next day after I called him. Unfortunately, my system was pooched and needed to be replaced. I had had a couple of other quotes and Raj's by far was the best for an impressive system. We ended up changing both our aging furnace and A/C. Raj and Castlemore Heating worked late into the day to complete the installation and get us up and running. They cleaned up after the job and it was like they weren't even there. Super appreciated guys! These guys are professional, punctual, responsive and provided awesome service. I absolutely recommend Castlemore Heating and Cooling for all you home A/C and heating needs.

Raj and his team came in quickly, assesed the situation and walked us through our options. They installed a new heating system in a timely and professional manner. The next day he came back and replaced it with a better and efficent unit. Raj and gas team did a phenomenal job, he is a great teacher and a skilled professional in hvac and refrigeration. I had a Problem in my Furnace in Very Cold winter days in weekend. I called Raj about the problem He turned around in just an hour. He diagnosed the problem with two options. Either change Heat exchangers or Replace new Furnace without any obligations. I decided to go with new Furnace. He is agreed to install new Furnace next day (Sunday). he came on time as he promised on Sunday. He finished new furnace installation by 5 pm . unfortunately then hot water tank fuse gone. He called his friend and replaced fuse by 7 pm. yes Sunday 7pm . I am impressed with his commitment and dedication to his job.

We had renovations done a few years ago and the contractors changed the size of our return air vents - something that we didn't think anything of at the time. We've had issues with our furnace not functioning properly on/off for a while. A handful of technicians came to assess the problem and were all incorrect. Raj was the only person to diagnose it correctly and thoroughly. He tried to help over the phone at first to see if it's something that I could fix myself with his guidance (something that other technicians have never done). As it was more complicated, he came in person that same week to investigate and after identifying the problem, he and his team came two days later to fix the issue which was the return air vents being too small and our furnace also needed to be changed. He shared a lot of information about our furnace and the full process which we've never been aware of until now. He is also very compliant with TSSA requirements. Him and his team completed the full job within a few hours and they were very pleasant to deal with - they were efficient and also tidied up after the work was complete which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Castlemore Heating & Cooling Inc.
