They are highly professional throughout every touchpoint - timely response, thorough & informative quote, competitive, and their service on site sets the bar for other trades. The staff showed up on time, reviewed the work prior to execution, were pleasant & extremely efficient, completed the tasks as promised and cleaned up any mess after the job was done. While Castle Electric is a small company, they provide the benefits and resources of a large company. We have engaged with several trades over the past 12 months and bar none, Castle Electric is our favorite trade to date. We will absolutely be using them again for any future jobs. Michael came by the next day and gave us great suggestions and provided us with a clear and well detailed quote. They were efficient and great at working around our schedule with the other trades. They just completed the work and it all looks amazing. They were all super friendly, they did great work and completed as scheduled and on budget! Thanks again!!
