★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2016 she file a case against me which ultimately was thrown out due to her failure to perform proper due diligence "If a lawyer is unable to verify identity, the Rule requires the lawyer to exercise diligence in determining and assessing potential risks associated with the client’s transaction."
A important step that was overlooked. Thank goodness I was in a position to hire a lawyer (who was not only better, but performed his due diligence) and was able to have her shoo'd away
