It could have been a 5-star however, I’m giving it only a 4 because of his colleagues who need technical know-how of their own system or arrogant.
A few days ago, his lady colleague made a mistake about my transaction and Zhik was able to figure out what went wrong. While Zhik was helping me in a very professional way, his arrogant colleague overheard it and made that transcation chaotic. His colleague asked me to call their customer service which I did however the call wont push through. He talked to me very arrogantly and just made the transaction even worse. Zhik solved the problem with critical thinking, empathy, and professionalism and was able to correct the mistake. It could have been like that since the beginning if only his colleague didn’t step into the scenario.
I sincerely thank Zhik and Cash Money should hire more people like him with great customer service, critical thinking, and empathy. We customers, appreciate people like him. Salute!
P.S. My sister asked him if he could please write his name down so we can call his manager to send our appreciation of his great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess that one lady there specifically chooses her customers that she'll warmly welcome and assist. So being a first nation now gives you the title to be rude with your customers? I don't get it though, is it really necessary to shout with your customers when you need something from them? How hard is it to be polite and at least be respectful since you are working in the customer service industry? You'll probably need to either shut down your business or fire that girl which serves her right! Never ever going to this location again! You have to have manners girl, it doesn't cost you a penny to be a decent human being! I'll be taking my business somewhere else and will warn others how they treat customers at your location!
