Simpli Dental - Regina

I've had excellent experiences with Simpli Dental so far. I hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years because of a bad experience, but I'm glad I chose them. The dentist that I saw was thorough but also pleasant and quick. The hygienist who did my cleaning was also excellent. They are extremely transparent about their pricing and I have found their prices to be excellent compared to other dentists I've been to even in the remote past.

Dr. Mitchell and his team are awesome!! I recently needed dental work rather urgently and Austin was able to book me in quickly. Dr. Mitchell prepared my dental plan and ensured that I had all my options covered. I couldn't be more pleased with dental services I have received! Prices are very reasonable and the service is fantastic. Thank so much to Dr. Mitchell and staff, you are all amazing.

Got x-rays at a great rate, had a wisdom tooth extracted without issue. Very supportive of my anxiety, they played me the Beach Boys to calm me down!

Worst service, went for root canal treatment after having strong pain My face was already swollen And a bubble was feel at the tip of the root Doctor did a root canal procedure, and permanent filling same day Without treating the infection first Next day my face was worse, swollen up to my left eye Went in there to let them know that they should have done treatment of the infection first and put temporary filling Instead of permanent Anyway they prescribed my antibiotics for 7 days After seven days face was better my the infection was still there and could barely move my upper lip Went again And they said its normal U could wait 6 weeks to see if infection Goes If not Live with it the doctor said He said he has been seeing clients having a hole in the bone because of the infection And he said the procedure that was done was normal I went to other clinics and all agreed that infection should be treated first if there is bubble and swollen face, and i should have temporary filling instead of permanent from the first day Now more than one month has passed and i still have the infection sitting in there Because no one knows to do their job And drain the infection first and than perform root canal filling Would not reccomend also If u leave an appointment with them and u forget to let them know that you might not be avaible they have the right to charge you 75$ for not letting them know For me worse expereince ever in a dental clinic And trust me ive been going more at dental clinics than an above average person goes per year

The most affordable dentist in Regina with the highest quality standards. Very clean place, very good atmosphere and everyone is so kind. Blake and his team are very caring and compassionate and do a very good job and they all take pride in what they are doing. When you arrive, you check in on a Ipad at the entrance, and then have a seat and someone will come greet you shortly after when its your turn.

Best dentist ever! Everyone at the office is super friendly and go the extra mile to keep you comfortable. If you are afraid of dentists this is the place to go!

Edit: Adjusting my review. Communication and responsiveness from the Simpli Dental owner and staff is excellent. Dental Assistant Ashley was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The rest of the appointment was not so great. Walked out afterwards feeling more confused and less hopeful about my dental issues and options then I did when I arrived. Felt invisible and rushed. IDK.. maybe I just didn't explain my dental concerns very well. I have severe anxiety and felt even worse after my appointment.

I’d gone to another dentist for many years but as a retired person who no longer has dental coverage, the idea of a less expensive method of dental care was appealing. I was online looking for a dentist that handles implant procedures and came across Simpli Dental. I found the online reviews quite helpful in making the decision to give them a try and I’m glad I did because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them over the past few months. My impression of Dr. (Dale) Thomson is that he’s a very skilled dentist. He explains in advance what the procedure is going to involve and also takes time to answer any questions you might have. I really appreciated that during a recent visit as he worked through what turned out to be a difficult extraction. His assistant Ashley is friendly and attentive and goes out of her way to make you feel at ease.
