I give them a negative rating. I will never purchase appliances from Home Depot if they keep using Cascadia Distribution. Worst delivery service ever. β€”We have rescheduled 3 times for the delivery and it took more than a month to get our new machine. β€” They refused to help us to stack the dryer on the washer claiming there wasn’t enough room when clearly there is enough room. β€” They left the dryer hanging on the ledge and said it’s ok. β€” They insisted to haul away our old machines when they are still workable. If you don’t let them, they refuse to install the new appliances. So, you are forced to give them your old appliances so they can have it for free.

I bought a fridge (600lbs) and 3 microwave trim kits from Home Depot and Cascadia as delivery company and we already confirmed on the phone that they got all stuffs and ready to ship On the first visit , the staff came with all appliances but eventually only drop of microwave trim kits. They told me the fridge is too heavy to unload by 2 ppl And had to bring back to warehouse . ( I was wondering why the company only send 2 ppl when they realize the fridge need 4 guys to move it ) So I asked them :instead of carrying the fridge around ( which may increase chance of damage , is it possible to have 2 more staffs to come and move together today ? But they talked to the manager and refused to made that happen on the same day and they left quick( please note I already spend $500 for floor protection . I can’t leave the plywood on the floor so that my 1-year old kid may got hurt So they reschedule and the funny things was : this time 4 staffs show up early in the morning without 30mins notice but Came WITHOUT the fridge . The company still refused to fixed the problem on the same day and had to reschedule . I’m shocked that they told me that they thought the fridge was here but just need manpower to brought it into the house Including tomorrow, I already make 3 hals day off and yet Not sure they can sort it out tomorrow . Surprises out of surprise

One star is too much in this case. Worst company ever, I highly recommend not allowing them to do a delivery for you. Home Depot uses them and it’s been nothing but miscommunication and lies. Also, they didn’t hook up the washer and dryer properly so we have a flooding problem and they are offering to send someone twelve days from now!

Called homedepot two days prior to confirm the estimated delivery date and they have no idea and told me to call Cascadia. Called Cascadia and they said it "should" be arriving on the given date. I call them a day before the date again just to be sure.. they said "should be arriving".. ok, so I removed my really heavy old wall mounted dryer off the wall inside a tight closet as they told me "they will not haul away if appliances are attached to walls" even if they are unbolted just hooked on. I call on the day of delivery.. "it'll take another two weeks" ... face palm

We ordered appliances through Home Depot and included haul away of old appliances in the order. However, while confirming the delivery time, we were told that the haul away could not be done on the same day. Cascadia stated Home Depot had never given them the order for the haul away, which we had no way to verify, and there is nothing they can do about it. We had to call Home Depot to reschedule the haul away. The person I was talking to was patient in explaining the situation but offered no solution to correct the mistake with the order. The experience was disappointing.

After taking time off work today for the scheduled delivery of my washer and dryer (purchased from Home Depot appliances, who will also be receiving and unfortunate review) I received a call from the driver, who has the product on their truck, to confirm my address. He informed me that he was in Surrey (I am located in Abbotsford) and that he would contact dispatch and call me back. After half an hour with no call back, I called him, only to have the call ignored. I then contacted Home Depot, who confirmed my address, and offered to reschedule the delivery for two days from now, or next week. So, I contacted Cascadia, who are responsible for the delivery, only to be told (not very politely) that it isn't their fault and that nothing could, or would, be done. Needless to say, I am frustrated and disappointed with the complwte lack of customer service or accountability. Find a different distribution service. These guys don't care about the quality of their customer service.

The absolute worse delivery experience of my life. A dishwasher ordered through Home Depot was not delivered on the date originally set out although stock was available. When a new date was finally given, they were 2 hours past their delivery window only to deliver a badly damaged appliance. The delivery driver was then quite rude when I said I did not want the damaged appliance. It's too bad Home Depot chooses to use such an unprofessional company as this will affect my future appliance purchase decisions.

After reading the reviews for this company I was really concerned about if our dishwasher we bought from Home Depot would ever be delivered or would be delivered damaged. Well…..Everything went like clockwork, pre call on 4 days before delivery then a day before delivery then email in then another call 30 minutes before. The guys were great no complaining happy to help and do their job. There must have been a change in management. Then 15 minutes after they left a follow up survey asking if the exact same issues that are listed in the negative comments came up. Don’t believe all of the negative stuff and yes I am an actual customer.
