★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fresh and staff friendly, but the Greek salad was drenched in Italian dressing and the black olives tasted like they were from a can. The biggest disappointment was the chicken shawarma sandwich. All the ingredients were fresh, but there was just no flavor to the chicken sandwhich and the sauce didn't add much in terms of flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't the worst donair I've ever had, but it was definitely far from the best. To make matters worse though the person behind the counter was terribly rude and racist against my native fiancé and her brother while we were waiting. Until we let it be known that my fiancé is fluent in French, which he was speaking to his friend. "we should charge a full cost extra charge as a deposit for those people".
I've reposted basically the same review on a few platforms. I'm not a troll but I'm definitely not happy.

Owner is an awesome dude, and the food was always fresh and hot.
Never once had a bad experience.
Baked? Drunk? Just want some good fast food? Here's a great choice.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's still fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been a few years since I’d visited Jasper Ave, but I remembered my favourite donair spot. I was delighted to see that the quality of the food has not changed. And while the face at the counter is new, William is a great addition!
Friendly and kind. The warm laughter was a great contrast to the cold outdoors. He is a wonderful example of providing great customer service.
Casablanca Donair & Pizza is a great place to stop by: for the food and the personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to chance upon this place on my walk around the city. William was very patient while decided what I wanted to eat as I couldn't make up my mind. Once I decided, the food was prepared very fast. The donair was absolutely delicious once I tried it. Food was very fresh. Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu. Thanks William for the delicious food.
