Cary’s Trenching, Sewer & Water was founded in 1976 by Reg Cary and Wayne Cary to meet Regina and Southern Saskatchewan’s sewer and water needs.

Since 1996, the company has been proudly owned and operated by Trevor Cary, Dale Hine, and Marny Duncan-Cary.

They were recommended to me and I can see why. Gave quote the same day, urgent services were arranged to be done within a few days when I was expecting weeks. They resolved an issue that another contractor had left buried in the ground 5 years earlier. Took pictures, sent video of the finished pipe, and was flexible on payment arrangement to align with the insurance payment. Very much appreciated! Left my yard better than when I started!

They were quick to provide a detailed estimate and book a time for the repair, considerate with their approach to digging up the yard (even with a very large tree right in the way), careful in making all the necessary repairs inside and outside the house, and in ensuring we were totally satisfied with their work before they left. They patiently answered every question and concern that I had, both before and while the repair was in progress. I have no hesitancy in recommending them to others!

They are an excellent, and professional company whose work men are experienced, polite and hard working. They showed up on time and finished the job within one day, to a high level and very satisfactory job! We choose Cary's after a a horrible experience with another company whose work was so bad that even the men of Cary's were astonished. Trevor fit us in as soon as they had an opening. I wish we would have chosen Cary's first to avoid all the hassle we had with the other company (cough cough Dukes- don't ever give them business, unless you prefer dealing with rude unprofessional, and inappropriate work men and enjoy getting stressed out to the point where you may be hospitalized). For a great, professional and satisfactory job, you can definitely trust Cary's!!!

I have no doubt that they are very busy and probably do good work but the lack of communication is an issue that should be addressed. I will soften this a bit by saying the office did get back to me immediately (and on a weekend!) but after that there has been silence. Edit: they did call back and will be evaluating the job so stay tuned. July 22, 2021 edit: Job is all set to go when time permits. Trev was very helpful. Sept 20, 2021 edit: Ultimately we had to cancel the job at very nearly the last minute. This had nothing to do with Cary's and they were very understanding and generous in their offer to absorb any costs that were incurred during the planning process. Give them a try and have every confidence that they will treat you right.
