I don't buy many things at full price because it is expensive but they always have great items on the clearance rack right when you walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always liked this store and Carters but I will never go back to this location. Yesterday,I visited the store with my baby in the stroller. As I leaving yesterday I was approached by one of the sales associate ( Asian lady). I noticed that she was watching over me all the time while at the store. I had previously purchased a pair of gloves at Winners and put them under my stroller. She stopped me and asked me if I was forgetting something that I had under my stroller and I said no. She told me the pair of gloves and I told her that I bought them at winners and left. She didn't even apologize for the mistake. I understand that some people can do bad things but just because you are not buying anything doesn't mean you are going to steal, and If you do target the wrong people at least apologize for the mistake. I felt so bad when I left the way I was treated. Please train your staff on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it’s standard practice to not donate, and to destroy unsold name-brand clothes. But to destroy them, and then leave them on the sidewalk near where children desperately need new boots, and snow pants, and onesies in the dead of winter is especially heinous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are fine however Why is this location closing so early. Right now on Saturday it closes at 5pm. I get there is a pandemic but most stores at this point in the pandemic are closing at regular times and if I go to the Carters at Dufferin Mall it closes at 8pm on Saturdays.. If you are going to close early choose a weekday not on a Saturday.
