My experience with the Cartaya Law office was awesome. Jorge was always patiently listening to me and understanding my point of view. He could explain the pros and cons clearly and help me take appropriate decisions. The case documents were promptly communicated, and case conferences were perfectly scheduled. Even within the constraints of COVID 19, issues were duly addressed and could efficiently operate on online platforms. Personally I had hands down probably the worst service when comparing to everyone else’s reviews I thought it was a sign when I came across his reviews his name and culture I came across 3jorges the same week all in different fields who I thought could help me But my experience with Jorge cartaya sanchez was by far nothing but horrible He didn’t show me any respect as an individual, constantly told me I was too emotional and that I needed to speak to a therapist (less then 2min into conversations) Only when I called him out on the lack of respect he constantly showed me did he ease down -Would take days-weeks to respond or answer me until again calling him out on this -would make me meet him close to where he lived during COVID shut down and I was pregnant not driving at the moment (while he had a car and could have met somewhere much closer) -nothing has been accomplished or has moved forward since starting the process over a year ago -most definitely believe he’s on the Ops as on several occasions would talk/convers with my ex and would not tell me or let me know until days or weeks later or unless I called to have questions and that’s when he would let me know For this same reason (and because it happened more than once) was why I needed to let him go I will not be having someone who #1 does not respect me as an individual or human and puts me down #2 someone who may be working against me Pros: I don’t believe he’s out to collect or steal and gain people money from legail aid He’s not argumentative as I think when I expressed all of these concerns he was understanding as to how he made me feel He knows what he did wrong and what could have made our experience with each other better My experience with Jorge was most definitely a learning experience in understanding what I look for in a future lawyer
