I contacted Cart Part Superstore, sent some pictures and they immediately responded with an apology and sent me the correct part. Great after sales service! Highly recommended!

D	Dale Hynes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some 23x10-12, 4 ply, DOT legal, Rhox Grappler tires for my Japanese mini truck, a Daihatsu Hijet. These are awesome off-road tires. I run about ten psi of air pressure in them when in the bush and they crawl over sharp rocks and deep ditches like they were not even there, tons of traction. When using quad wheels, one must use two inch wheel spacers to ensure proper clearance from suspension parts. The valve stem tore out of the wheel one time and the tire never went flat because of the 4 ply construction. I drove it twenty kilometres out of the bush with no problems. Great tires. Thanks!
K	Katlyn Hurley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Excalibur A arm lift kit for 399$ plus taxes. Received the kit; contained no instructions nor a list of items included in the kit. Turns out we were missing numerous bolts necessary to install the kit. When I called the staff were not very informed or helpful; I was told off the bat to hang up and email customer service. I insisted on talking to someone so another employee told me “you’re problem is not my problem; doesn’t matter to me at all..” , got transferred to a 3rd employee whom tried to tell me nothing is missing I must use my old bolts. Then he finally told me perhaps I’m correct and he will look into it. I then sent an email containing pictures of where the missing parts would go, as per employee 3’s request.... 9 hours later STILL no follow up! So we paid 433$ for a lift kit that is currently part installed, we can’t use our cart until it’s fixed and apparently cart part superstore doesn’t care at all! Crooks

I explained that it would cost me too much to return the damaged windshield & that I could live with the crack but could they send me some new brackets. They were very apologetic & I was surprised when they said they would replace everything. They sent me another brand new windshield & brackets which arrived intact. I will definitely order from these guys again

I had made a mistake not putting my apartment number on my order and the team there immediately e-mailed me . I talked to the customer service dept. and they were very attentive , friendly and immediately forwarded my concern to the manager, Within minutes I had received an e-mail , new tracking number and my item was shipped within the hour ! How the world would be a much better place if every business was operated this way ! This is a business that prioritizes their customers based on their value to maintain their loyalty..not how much they spend ! If you need any parts for your wheels or carts...these are the people to go to ! Thank very much !

Their customer service was great, answering my many questions, taking the time to call me for updates and clarifications. Shipping was great and fast despite the back log! We ordered a A Arm lift kit, body kit, dash, roof, windshield, seat covers, fenders, stereo etc. Nothing but great things to say! Thank you again
