★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning! Do not go here. I wouldn't even give it one star this shop is so bad. This autobody shop ripped apart my car without my prior consent, then held it hostage while they tried to exhort money from me. I am in the middle of speaking with I.C.B.C. and Consumer Protection about this shady business. Be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a fairly minor fender bender fixed by Rich's. We were very impressed. The courtesy car was spotless as was our car upon return (on the date they said it would be ready). As a retired banker, I tend to notice the small stuff, the details and from what we experienced, this is happy place to work (ya, that's important) and a well run family business that I'm happy to recommend to anyone. Great staff.
