They were super friendly. Just moved here from Calgary. Got fast service and was treated well. Now just hoping the hail damage doesn't total our car LOL!

I really appreciate the staff here as they are all very friendly and personable. They are very busy so once I had the appointment to get an estimate it took 2 months to get an appointment for the repair. Since my car only had some scratches and small dents I wasn't upset. It was nice (after months of dealing with insurance companies) after the estimate Russ said that everything would be taken care of and all I had to do was show up on the repair date and Carstar would do the rest...and they did! Thanks so much for the excellent service.

Car star is a joke !!!! Car has to go back for a 3rd time cause they can’t even match paint .then they will lie to you and laugh at you when u when voice your problem with their work . Also when asked who I needed to contact to file a complaint I’m told they don’t have a complaint line or any number for customer service . Then when asked to talk to the manager I’m told that won’t do me any good . Better off taking your car to a back yard Mechanic then talking your car to them .Incompetent for sure

They quoted me 2 weeks of work for some body damage I had. After 2 weeks of work, not hearing from them, I called. They told me they needed to order another part but they already received it and it’ll be another week. Not hearing from them AGAIN after a week I called them. They said it’ll be another week. I asked them to keep me informed. They did call me after that week but told me they needed another week! I was very frustrated. Got my car back after 5 weeks... and it wasn’t fixed! There was a loud flapping sound when I dove above 80km/h or so. I took my car back, there was a part missing so they told me they’ll ordered it and should have it early next week. After 3 weeks... AGAIN not hearing from them, I called. They told me it’ll be another 7-10 days. They finally did fix it the next week. They were always polite but I’ll definitely never go back or recommend them.

Carstar Lethbridge is amazing. They have extremely quick service with a friendly staff. Dustin helped get our car back and on the road right away. Highly recommended :)

My experience was not pleasant with the company. All I wanted was a estimate of the light paint damage on corner of my bumper. (fixable by touch up paint I could do). I made it clear several times not to repair, that I needed car available cause I was a living donor and needed to get to Edmonton. They kept my car for 3wks, charged me 1,500 for a job I never asked for. Delaying my medical tests. On return of my car, we noticed the key for my tires was damaged. I really felt getting money mattered more than fair customer service. I was told not to go there, should have listened!!

The receptionist was polite and her coworker presented themselves in a Professional is courteous manner. The woman explaining the quote used to be a mechanic and was lovely to interact with. They even went out of their way to detail the inside of my front seats. And I had coffee stains and spilled smoothie in those cupholders. Beyond what I expected and I really appreciated it ? However there was a clause in their paperwork that was a deferral of liability for stolen or lost property, whilst your vehicle is being worked on, that left me feeling a bit off. Never met the Mechanic(s. Rear Fender replacement looks good,paint matched, trunk seems to be straight enough, and my cab smelled fresh for like two weeks.
