After the work was done and I had to pick up my vehicle,I didnt recognize the interior. It was so clean and that was not expected. Highly recommend this business

Its the only place I’ll have my trucks repaired. In the past 7 years, I’ve had 5 trucks repaired by Ryan, Gary, and the rest of the team at Carstar. Nobody likes to have a wreck I know, but the folks over there at Carstar sure make the process a lot easier to get through. I’ve had such outstanding work done on my trucks there. I’ve had every one of my trucks towed there on my own dime if the insurance company won’t pay for it. For the simple fact. I know the guys won’t give me my truck back until it’s perfect, and above my expectations! And my expectations are high Personalized service is hard to find now a days I think. But it’s a common practice from Ryan, Gary , and the entire team at Hanna Carstar. To the point of they have sent me pictures of the progress of my truck every few day, just to let me know they care, and I mean something to them as a loyal customer. Ive stopped in for a coffee many times, and just asked about small things, like a scratch, or a paint blemish. All I wanted was an opinion, nope! “ No Problem Wes! Pull it inside here, just take us a couple minutes to solve that for you” THAT is customer service! Many thanks Ryan, Gary,( G Dawg) Darcy and the rest of the team.

With getting us booked in, setting us up with a rental and keeping us up to date with repairs, they went above and beyond. The repairs were done timely and done well. They even detailed our truck before we got it back! Nothing but great things to say about them!
