★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They painted my car. A plastic accidentally stuck under it. When I took my car I smelled a burning plastics I didn't know where it is come from. After a couple of days I saw the burned out plastics. I went back to the garage and showed it to them. They said it has nothing to do with them and the plastic came from somewhere else. But I am absolutely sure that it is from their garage. By the way they didn't took the plastics, they said let all the plastics burn out , it will be finished someday! Bu I think it is dangerous and it could cause a fire under my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, I had to fix my bumper and they did a great job. The price was made obvious. There were no hidden fees. The time my car was being repaired they gave me a free rental car for a week. I was picked by the car rental company. I dropped off the car at the rental place and the manager picked me up to bring me back to garage. Thank you Mike. Incredible experience no garage does this. The printshop person super nice listened to my concern and rechecked the car. Heather the receptionist is so nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new car was hit by accident but this is where my bad experience ends. Once the employees at Carstar took over, I knew that I was in good hands. They are very professional and courteous. It was supposed to take 5 days but to my surprise it took only two and the result is impeccable. Thank you very much to the hole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience each discussion/phone call etc. Someone rear ended me and drove off so it was a terrible experience to begin with as I have to pay the deductible. But CARSTAR did an incredible job and lended me a car while it was in progress. Thanks CARSTAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them my car 15Jun for a small accident at the front bumper they charge the insurance company almost 13k and after 3 weeks they called me to go take my car... they said “ Your car ready to deliver, but you have to return the rental car first” I return my rental car and when I went to take my car I paid 500$ deductible, before I can even check my car,
And when I check my car that’s what I found
- no paint on the hood from inside
- the bumper and the fender not on the same level
- missing front light support and when I ask the person he’s giving me the car.. he said “ I don’t know I received the part like this”
- and some one hit the car from the front bumper as well maybe the person that’s he drive it or park it.. I have no idea
- scratch on the bumper on the picture you’ll see
- and the last thing.. they work on the hood, fender and the passenger side door.. all this three pieces full of scratches and I’m sure 100% it’s from the sandpaper and they paint over it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service all around i cannot thank the people at carstar enough, heather was very professional, organized and very friendly she kept me updated on my car through out the entire 3 weeks not many people at the garage do that, and i also wanna thank alex and his squad who worked on my car, i only came in to fix a bumper , but they gave me the full carstar experience im very pleased! Thank you carstar decarie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are by far the BEST value out there! Especially if you go to them through your insurance.
Brought my car in through an insurance claim to have them fix my door due to a collision. The job is very very high quality. I also did my windshield as well because it was old and cracked in some places, and they gave me a very competitive quote for it.
The car also had hard water deposit stains from the mirrors, and a slightly dented rim in the front. When i got the car back, they had the stains detailed out and the dent in the rim reformed free of charge, and I never even told them anything about those issues.
Gave me a brand new loaner, and the lady at reception was awesome!
Job was done in under a week which I think is crazy fast with part shortages left and right, and the staff are legendarily courteous.
In short, If you don't use these guys, you messed up! 15 on 10 for satisfaction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop might not look like much, tucked away behind a gas station, but don't let that fool you... These guys are 5* all the way, from the quality of the work done, how incredibly fast they took care of everything and the smiles everyone has... Taking you car to the body shop is never pleasant, but somewhat Heather and the gang managed to make it a smooth and easy event! Great work guys!
