Please be more vigilant and apologetic about time that is about it people have plans especially on long weekend and please let people know and call them if it would be much longer as I said I did have plans on the long weekend that I had to cancel because I was told by latest July 31st and wasn’t ready till Tuesday and wasn’t apologetic but other than that they did a beautiful job on my car and even brought my car straight to my door and weren’t required thank you for the beautiful work my car looks fabulous after the damage from a truck that hit my car. My car looks brand new couldn’t be happier with the way it looks. The man was very friendly and understanding today And gave me a lifetime warranty on the work can’t get better than that

Very poor quality of work. Car enthusiast beware. I did a windshield replacement at this place last year October as recommended by my insurance and came out with more problems than I came in with. Over the years of car ownership and repairs, I have made it a point to always check the quality of work done on my car, regardless of the repair. When I got my car back from a "supposed to be easy" windshield repair, I received the car with 3 brand new issues, 1 of them being irreversible. 1st issue - my rain sensor behind the rear view mirror was mis-installed and left with wires exposed, also had a consistent buzzing sound as i drove the car. 2nd issue - the seal for the windshield was applied in a way that was exposed from the inside of the car at the A-pillar (It was zig-zag). 3rd issue, which was irreversible, it looked liked they used a sharp blade to remove the existing windshield and scratched the paint off all over the perimeter of the glass on the roof side. I then informed Prasanth of all the issues and he explained to me that it was because it was not an OEM glass, which was a ridiculous explanation as it does not explain the horrid quality of work. Carstar proceeded with ordering the OEM glass to fix all the issues and they replaced my windshield with OEM glass 2 weeks after and also agreed to apply touch up paint to fix the scratches. I then reviewed the repairs and noticed the pathetic attempt to touch up scratched areas and also noticed a NEW damage inside on the dashboard that looks like a blade tip has cut through it (another irreversible repair). At this point, I have accepted that if i inform them about this blade tip damage, they will attempt to poorly fix the area and probably damage other areas of the car, so I drove away out of fear for my car. Almost a year later now, the paint damage is now showing rust spots. The only mystery now is why this establishment is even recommended by insurance companies or has a 4.5 rating in google. If you love your car and value quality, this is not the place.

The staff here are absolutely professional and friendly. I would recommend them 100%! The staff here know exactly what they're doing, which brings you peace of mind. After being in a minor collision I was extremely satisfied with the service here. Not only did I received my car within 1 week as promised but I got back my car looking brand new. I will definitely be recommending Carstar Concord to my family and friends.

Great service! These guys do very good quality work and they don't rip you off. Highly recommend.

Update: I had another misfortune when my car got into a man made very deep pothole in an "under construction" parking lot, which was covered with water . Carstar Concord fixed the car again to the highest standards. However, They missed on small triangle close to the rear wheel (see the pictures). I missed that too and I only realised the problem several months later. I contacted the company and they fixed the triangle for free, no questions asked. I even got a ride home when I left the car and when I picked it up. Now, if this ins not the perfect service, I don't know what it is. 5*+ Original review: This may be very well be the best car body shop in the entire GTA. Prasanth is a honest manager that gives you fair prices for the work and advises you just to replace what is needed. Very accommodating and turned the whole ordeal of going through a stressful period after an accident almost in a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place, which I chose based on previous reviews although I had a Carstar Markham near home

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service: 0 stars Accountability: 0 stars Responsibility for their errors: 0 stars Follow up: 0 stars Carstar Concord made a stressful accident nightmarish. They obtained our vehicle last year after a not-at-fault accident and told us that they would repair it within a couple of weeks. A few weeks later, they said they didn't have the part so they have to wait for it to come in. We waited over a month for updates and tried to follow up every few days. Finally, 65 days later, the car was repaired and we picked it up. The individual we dealt began calling us after we picked our car up to claim that we need to talk to our insurance company to cover the extra 35 days of rental (our insurance only covers 30 days-the rest is the responsibility of the repair shop). This guy keeps telling us to follow up with our insurance and when we did we received the same information every time. Eventually we stopped hearing from him and last week I received a notice from the rental company that there is a $1600 charge on my enterprise account. I am livid that it has gotten to this point and that Carstar has taken ZERO responsibility for this situation. Even upon learning about the rental cap from our insurance, we offered to pick our car up and return the rental until the parts came in but the Carstar staff member said they took our car apart and it's no longer drivable. They were clearly too lazy to put it back together for us to retrieve because before we dropped it off to them, it was drivable. I am furious with how they handled this situation and DO NOT recommend anyone to use their services. They have created a situation where they feel they don't need to take any responsibility even though we offered some different solutions and voiced our concerns when we learned about the rental cap through the insurance company. Go to a company that is better at dealing with accidents as these guys made our stressful situation far worse. Absolute garbage.

Even though they were honest why they took so long on contacting me they did a perfect job on repairing my rear bumper as if no one hit me. From now on I’m parking away from other cars and no one near other drivers that likes to back into someone else’s cars and take off. THANK YOU CARSTAR worth the wait and keep up the awesome work ?????.

This is what they consider "Paint Matching" and they're appraiser said my insurance wasn't paying for blending, when in fact it's their appraiser that forgot to include it on the quote. They also don't keep you informed of delays and are hard to get on the phone. Would not recommend or use again.
