Bad customer service

Great local homebuilder...reasonably priced high quality homes.

I hope this helps folks makes their decisions and due diligence on their future purchase. This is not my first purchase of a newly built home. The craftsmanship is a 3-4. The after service is non existent and dodgy at best. We had no countertops when we moved in, no hot water for a few days due to a plumbing issue and to this day we still can’t use the master bathroom shower (no hot water or pressure) The garage had long nails sticking out which is an accident waiting to happen, most builders would drywall over that. We had a sinks not hooked and apparently they thought it was a good idea to enter our home without permission to fix it, how do they have another key to our house? Jury is still out on that one. Besides that just random little things you would expect to put on a 30 day repair list. Update February 17th 2022 It has been a few months now since we submitted our 30 day list and we still have not heard anything from this builder. One of the windows has a pressure crack and it has been getting very cold lately, we tried to get a hold of the builder to get this done a bit quicker but no luck. Update May 21 2022 There has been little attempt to work on the 30 day items and now we have scheduled a conciliation with Tarion. There is now a large nail sticking out in the middle of our toddlers room from the attempted "repairs" to remedy squeaking floors, luckily we found that before someone got hurt. I will update with new pictures soon.
