Had an issue with there being only one key fob, and they had told me they would get another one made for me. Once they got their money, they were impossible to reach for that key fob. Travelled from Brampton to test drive and they were unable to take the vehicle out of the parking space because it was icy, and there was no tread on the tires. Had to come back for a rescheduled test drive.

It took days to get him to return my call. When he did finally answer, we agreed that I would have it fixed and he would reimburse me the charge and that never happened. Also when I bought the truck he agreed to get the key fobs for the vehicle from the dealer. But again this never happened. If I were you I would stay away from this dealer as he never will return your call, even when you show up to the dealership he's never there. He takes your money and when you have a problem he’s no where to be found. IF you don't believe me check the better business website!!!
