A	André Cantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit à évitez. J'avais pris un rendez-vous chez ce carrossier pour évaluer et estimer les travaux de corrosion sur ma voiture. Une réparation de rouille en surface à une porte arrière et une aile arrière, rien de majeur. L'employé me mentionne que si il doit faire l'ouvrage de corrosion il devra peinturer l'autre porte qui selon lui ne sera pas de la même couleur une l'ouvrage fait. Je lui mentionne que cette porte est correct et nécessite pas d'intervention, donc pourquoi peinturer une porte qui ne doit pas être peinturé. Je lui suggère, tant qu'à y être on pourrait peinturer l'aile avant, et même le coffre arrière !!! L'auto a 10 ans et regarde encore en excellente condition pour son âge. Et la montant à payer en aurait subit une bonne augmentation ! Cet employé me mentionne qu'il doit peinturer cette porte car ce garage a une réputation à respecter. ( comme si quelqu'un reconnaitrait ma voiture sur la route et savait qu'elle a subit une réparation chez ce carrossier ). Assez hautain cet individu ! Il me dit d'aller voir dans un ''petit'' carrossier de coin de rue. Cela ne l'intéressait tout simplement pas de faire la réparation. Premièrement commencez- donc par respecter les clients que vous rencontrez pour de futur réparation. Je saurez maintenant quoi dire lorsque l'on me demandera un commentaire sur ce commerce. Quel type prétentieux que j'ai rencontrez ! Ce garage carrossier est réservé seulement au réparation en lien avec une réclamation avec une compagnie d'assurance et rien d'autre. Évitez cette endroit ! Place to avoid. I had made an appointment with this bodybuilder to assess and estimate the corrosion work on my car. A rust repair on the surface at a rear door and a rear wing, nothing major. The employee tells me that if he has to do the corrosion work he will have to paint the other door which, according to him, will not be the same color as the work done. I told him that this door is correct and requires no intervention, so why paint a door that should not be painted. I suggest to him, as long as we could paint the front wing, and even the rear trunk !!! The car is 10 years old and still looks in excellent condition for its age. And the amount to pay would have undergone a good increase! This employee mentioned to me that he must paint this door because this garage has a reputation to respect. (as if someone recognized my car on the road and knew that it had undergone a repair at this body shop). Pretty haughty this individual! He tells me to go and see in a “little” body shop on the corner. It just didn't interest him to make the repair. First, start by respecting the customers you meet for future repairs. I will now know what to say when asked for a comment on this business. What a pretentious guy I met! This body shop garage is reserved only for repair in connection with a claim with an insurance company and nothing else. Avoid this place!

Cependant, j'ai eu de nombreuses conversations avec eux et chaque fois je me sentais écouter, ils ont été à la fois empathiques et professionnels. J'en suis à ce stade pour le moment (mi-mai 2022). I will evaluate again when the company has received all the parts for my car and they can start repairing my vehicle. However, I had many conversations with them and each time I felt like I was listening, they were both empathetic and professional. I am at this stage at the moment (mid-May 2022).
