★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque de transparence sur la provenance des pièces pour réparation d'un véhicule de moins de 2 ans alors qu'on en fait la demande. La pièce en question ne ressemblait pas à la pièce d'origine, on me repondait qu'elle venait bien du constructeur. Mentionne même qu'ils ont vérifié la provenance. Finalement, j'ai dû demander les bons de commande, la pièce provenait d'un centre de pièces reconditionnées. Également, nous avons dû retourner 3 fois pour correctifs et ajustements sur les travaux faits sur mon véhicule. Nous sommes en attente de commande pour les bonnes pièces d'origine du fabricant. J'espère que vous aurez un meilleur service que celui que nous avons reçu.
Lack of transparency on the origin of parts for repair of a vehicle less than 2 years old when requested. The piece in question did not look like the original part, I was told that it came from the manufacturer. Mention even that they verified the provenance. Finally, I had to ask for the order forms, the piece came from a refurbished parts center. Also, we had to return 3 times for patches and adjustments on the work done on my vehicle. We are waiting for order for the manufacturer's good original parts. I hope you will have a better service than the one we received.
