T	Thomas Hartman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner responded to my concern with integrity and professionalism. I appreciate the high road taken. Sadly the event happened very quickly and all I could see was the company insignia on the passenger side door, the truck number was not see. But the vehicles were north of Red Deer last Friday about 1:00 PM. My wife was driving at the time and we were both startled by the speed of approach. There appeared to be another identical unmarked pickup following the first truck driving in a similar manner. OK, sometimes fleet drivers need to be reminded that when in company trucks they ARE the company and incidents result in loss of reputation, increased insurance premiums, and perhaps legal entanglements. Admittedly, I have acted badly in company vehicles, in the distant past, but a very strict reminder put me on the straight a narrow for a while. To be deleted: If they repair like they drive expect dangerous and erratic service. I was heading north on the #2 on 12/27 in the afternoon and one their marked vehicles blew by us at probably 140+ weaving and cutting off other drivers. It was appalling.
S	Sheri Torske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to fix my air and ended up causing my furnace to go down. And on top of that the technician said my air conditioner needed to be replaced. I have since had another company come in and fix the issue. A misplaced wire!!! Complete incompetence by Carrier Technical. And when I call to get them back out to fix the problem there is NO response. Do not use!
P	Pennywise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for this company and must say the owner really does care about his quality and service. Harps on us to do things right the first time and if you don't well then your pink slip is in the mail so to speak. Unfortunately the only downfall is every call is a priority and makes trying to fit everything in a bit of a problem sometimes, so if and when a call slips through the cracks the boss gives himself an aneurysm and its an all hands on deck scenario to fix it. Would highly recommend using this company for work and to work at when positions are available.
