Staff very friendly and dock was efficient. Only one skid but they had it off in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite a happening place. The staff is polite and helpful, except the Sobeys drivers or the city drivers from outside carriers. It's a very busy place n you have to back into a line up to get to the shipping office. Some of the people aren't good with their backing skills which creates frustration amongst others, which leads to aggressive driving and maneuvering.
A Sobeys city driver once cussed me and tried to attack me coz he was mentally unstable and couldn't back up into the line up. He was mad at me coz I was parked in the very next spot n had my headlights on coz ofcourse I was ready to leave. It was just an unfortunate situation with a sociopath, so I won't go too deep into that.
People may try to run you over, so be very careful n avoid using headphones while you're walking in the lot.
Again it's just an over crowded place that causes a lot of tension amongst folks, so be prepared for it.
If you happen to be someone who is planning to be there n sort of wondering what it's like, that's my experience with them.
Take it easy guys. Be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent visit to deliver tonight was very dis respectfull with the attitude from the receiving staff and the shift supervisor, just few words to explain. They think as they are God. I advised my company i am not intrested to visit this place again as i dont need this level of indecent behavior. I take pride in my profession. Something the upper managment should look into

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers at the front desk are absolutely useless and arrogant . They will go home without calling the driver and telling them to leave. Just spent 5.5 hours there and no phone call. The one person left inside tried to argue with me that I missed the phone call . Just lazy. Sometimes if there are refusals they will not even tell you. Just an overall bad experience
