 This is a place where counselors really care about young people. They are not numbers or records. If you need help finding a job, this is where you have to go.

Si tu veux retourner aux études où de l’aide avec ta recherche d’emploi, va au Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de l’Ouest-de-l’Île. Pour ma part, je connaissais peu les ressources offertes au Carrefour et c’est une amie qui m’a conseillé de venir. J’ai reçu les services du carrefour et ma conseillère en emploi a su m’aider à trouver un emploi en lien avec mes compétences… Je travaille maintenant au sein de cette merveilleuse équipe multidisciplinaire.
The hub is qualified to help young people. The staff offers an individualized service focused on the needs of their clients. If you want to go back to school or help with your job search, go to the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de l'Ouest-de-l'Île. For my part, I knew little about the resources offered at Carrefour and it was a friend who advised me to come. I received the services of the Hub and my employment counselor helped me to find a job related to my skills ... I am now working in this wonderful multidisciplinary team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST place to go if you need help with a career. Few people speak english. You would meet with someone, but instead of them helping you research jobs and build CV's, they send you to time-consuming workshops that are a waste of time. They don't even have a career test to help you learn what careers you can do. They refused me service because I went back to school full-time!!!!! What is their problem? Absolutely Ridiculous, never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are always the absolute best! I was part of a group where we had classes everyday for budgeting, workers' rights and accommodations, how to effectively find the right job, and so much more!
They are super helpful and understanding of everyone's individual needs and concerns. I really recommend for anyone in search for work!
Special thanks to Christine who has put up with my mental health (which has been up and down). She's truly an asset to the team!
