★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally heard about EA-CD through a friend of mine. As soon as I called their offices to learn about how they can help me, I received a warm welcome, and in less than 10 minutes I become a member of the EA-CD family.
The organized workshops covered various topics like CV preparation, development of your LinkedIn profile, preparation of marketing letters, and networking.
The networking sessions between all the follow EA-CD members, and all the councillors are a great opportunity to learn about the market conditions, and get support and suggestions form the whole group based on your career interest.
Each EA-CD member interact with a councillor who provides continuous support and counselling during your search for your ideal career.
Net working in a group of (5) is an innovative idea of EA-CD that allowed a smaller group of members to develop a narrower focus on their needs and provide additional guidance and support.
Thank to all my fellow EA-CD members for their tips, contacts, and support. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my group of 5 and Denis for his contact that allowed me landing the career opportunity I was looking for.
Most of all, I would like to thank my counsellor, whose guidance, patience, and support were instrumental in continuing my search and landing my career opportunity.
I highly recommend EA-CD to all professionals looking to join a family that will support them to land a new opportunity or looking for a career change.

Their support even has gone beyond helping finding the carrier, but also they informed me how to negotiate work contracts and how to be well established during the probation period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to EA-CD looking for structure and support. I definitely found that here. The workshops are for half a day on 4 days per week. This means that you can start your search and apply the skills you learn right away. Once the workshops are done you still have weekly one-on -one meetings with your counsellor and networking sessions. This was very important to me keeping the pace going and motivation high. The counsellors are all very experienced executives who offer good, practical advice. Despite everything being virtual because of Covid, I still felt very connected to the counsellors as well the group of experienced peers from diverse fields also making career transitions. It does feel like you are at work and, and you are - working on your personalized career transition project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fortunate enough to meet EA during a difficult time in my career transition. All the counselors provide professional, resourceful, and supportive advice during a job search. Although we can only interact with each other in front of the computer screen during pandemics, I still feel the enthusiasm and positive attitude of the EA staff. I especially want to thank John, who always encourages everyone to be optimistic and positive, which is really important. I would also like to thank my counselor Guy, who helped me expand my network and get to learn about many well-known local tech enterprises. The networking sessions between all the following EA members and all the counselors are a great opportunity to learn about the market conditions and get support and suggestions from the whole group based on your career interest.
