Les fenêtres sont prêtes à être installées depuis 1 mois et demi. Leur service après-vente est pitoyale et en plus ils mettent la faute sur leur sous-traitant qui fait l'installation.Son matériel est brisé et en réparation... Ma solution: louez le matériel nécessaire chez Simplex et Loutec et servez vos clients convenablement. Ils ne m'ont jamais appelé et c'est moi qui doit courrir pour avoir des réponses. SVP reconnaissez votre manque de professionnalisme. Vous engagez des sous-traitant donc vous êtes responsables de leur incompétence. Aside from the good service of the saleswoman, PITOYABLE service. Achat de 20 portes/fenêtres doubles et triples verres avec argon en 2008, je dois dire que le look est bien. Mais depuis 2012 environ, j'ai minimum un thermos qui brise / année quand ce n'est pas 2 ou 3, même ceux déjà remplacés sous garantie. Bien que ce soit garanti 20 ans, la main d'œuvre ne l'est pas, donc plus de 100 $/année pour le remplacement +le temps perdu à envoyer des photos comme preuve de bris, prise de rendez-vous, assurer une présence lors de la visite. Je suis vraiment déçu. Dans 10 ans, je n’aurai plus aucune garantie de Caron et Guay, mais c'est garanti que mes thermos vont continuer à fuir et remplacement sera à mais frais... À la fabrication, les ouvriers semblent s'être essuyés les doigts sur chacune des fenêtres sans exception. Je me demande où est le contrôle Qualité? J'ai reçu 3 thermos avec des éclats et cela a pris 7 mois avant que des techniciens viennent les changer par des thermos encore pires! Dans un des nouveaux thermos, j'ai plus de 10 éclats, 2 malformations dans le verre et des égratignures. Encore une fois, je me demande où est le contrôle Qualité? Cette fois-ci, ils ne veulent pas venir changer ce thermos! Depuis quand on paye pour des objets sales, brisés, endommagés... En plus de payer pour cela, ils osent me charger des intérêts! Demandez-moi si je vais les référer à nouveau! On se demande s'ils sont plus proches de leur compte en banque que de leur client. En fait, la question ne se pose pas vraiment dans mon cas... c'est assez clair! Aucune corrélation entre le prix payé, la qualité du produit ainsi que le service reçu. L'année dernière j'ai 6 thermos qui ont desceller c'est un peu décevant. J'ai appeler en Septembre 2021 pour la garantie, on m'a dit que ça n'irait pas avant début 2022 pour l'installation.... je trouve cela étrange mais bon... Fin Février 2022 pas de nouvelles d'eux donc je passe en boutique car je voulais uns soumission de porte patio aussi. On me réponds, quelqu'un va vous appeler en Mars pour la pose. Fin Mars 2022 pas de nouvelle donc je rappelle, on me réponds que les thermos ne sont toujours pas fait et qu'on va me rappeler pour un suivi.....personne ne me rappelle donc 2 semaines plus tard je rappelle puis on me réponds que la commande est en cours mais qu'ils ne peuvent pas me donner de date d'installation. Clairement je fais rire de moi.... When I bought my windows 11 years ago, they did not meet the expected delivery date so I had to adapt for the installation. Last year I had 6 thermoses that loosened, it's a bit disappointing. I called in September 2021 for the warranty, I was told that it wouldn't be ok before the beginning of 2022 for the installation.... I find that strange but good... End of February 2022 no news from them so I'm going to the store because I wanted a patio door quote too. They answer me, someone will call you in March for the pose. At the end of March 2022 no news so I call back, they tell me that the thermos are still not done and that they will call me back for a follow-up ..... no one calls me back so 2 weeks later I call back then they call me answer that the order is in progress but that they cannot give me an installation date. Clearly I am laughing at myself....
