Carla created a safe and open environment allowing me to share my thoughts, feelings and experiences. Working with Carla allowed me to recognize the emotional blockages that have been holding me back from experiencing the joys in life. For those interested in experiencing emotional freedom, I highly recommend Carla as an EFT practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A weekend getaway of personal growth and friendship. Carla is truly the heart of the weekend thinking about every detail from delicious food to cozy accommodations. The retreat was a great balance of yoga, hiking, paddle boarding and self-reflection. Carla is genuine, honest and has an amazing laugh that is contagious. She is able to bring together a group of women to engage in honest conversations for reflection and growth. The highlight of the weekend was the celebration dinner with new friends at a local winery.

Looking back, what resonates the most is the safe environment that Carla created for me to explore my emotions. I always felt held by her and that enabled me to learn so much about myself and my nervous system in a gentle yet effective manner with EFT.
I would recommend Carla to anyone who is ready to go on a conscious coaching journey and discover their most authentic and empowered self !
