I’ve always been a fairly fit person however not having the know how in the gym has always made it hard to stay consistent so it’s awesome having him there to help guide me. His passion for what he is doing and the people he is working with rubs off and makes you want to work harder because you can see how much he believes in you! He is very professional and gives you the encouragement and push to help you keep going! Definitely would recommend working with him :)
