★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I were in Thunder Bay for the week, up from Hamilton. We wanted a nice place for dinner one evening, and based on the reviews we chose the Caribou, and it was a good choice. The food was delicious. I had the piri piri chicken and my partner had the mafaldine. Everything was cooked perfectly. If I'm ever back in Thunder Bay, I will definitely eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spoiled palate was quite pleased with the gastronomic experience at Caribou. The menu is a perfect fusion between some classic dishes and a modern twist. We had the BBQ duck breast with a flight of reds and artic char with a flight of white wines. All in a relaxed atmosphere. The portions are quite reasonable, and as other reviewers pointed it out: SAVE room for desert!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is fantastic. The salad was amazing, bigger than I expected and the chicken with my penne was cooked perfect. The atmosphere was ok, a bit dated, but the service was excellent.
I would come back again forsure for the food.
