★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Careica because my garmin watch indicated that I was getting poor quality sleep and my oxygen levels were dropping. I was feeling sleepy all the time but didn’t have snoring so I wasn’t sure that sleep apnea was the problem. They were able to confirm that it was the problem and gave me lots of data to back it up. During the 1 month trial I received lots of support about how to use the machine properly. Janet did an excellent job and responded to multiple emails when I had questions about the data discrepancy between my garmin and the medical device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhelpful. Once I found out my CPAP machine purchased through Rana (careica) had been recalled I called to find out what I was to do. Essentially I was told, not their problem as I was not leasing the machine and to just perhaps buy a new one.

I have found the staff to be extremely caring. Will to connect with you through multiple ways and fit your schedule.
If you even suspect you have a small case of sleep apnea I would recommend their services.
